About The Position

We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate for a 6+ month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion. This role is located in Huntsville, AL, with a pay rate range of $20 - $23 per hour.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including receiving and inventory functions.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• World-class quality, attention to detail, and dedication.
• Analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to derive inventory requirements from drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and unload deliveries from carriers.
• Visually inspect incoming packages to determine acceptability based on standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality control checks by reviewing part number requirements and processing according to standard operating procedures.
• Use tools and equipment to systematically upload and store receipts, following standard operating procedures to close out receipts or work orders.
• Navigate and input data into an inventory management tool directly from physical deliveries.
• Identify appropriate packaging for parts and properly wrap/store them.
• Sort and stage packages/boxes/crates, ensuring they are identified and secured to prevent loss.
• Ensure all parts are labeled with identifiers according to standard operating procedures for workflow analysis.
• Properly store parts (individual or bulk) using good judgment and standard operating procedures.
