About The Position

Crowd Cow is an online retailer providing customers access to the best meats and seafoods. They offer a convenient and direct way for consumers to purchase from independent and family-owned farms, providing access to a diverse range of craft meats and seafoods. The Warehouse Fulfillment team is critical to the organization, ensuring exacting standards are met and customer orders arrive on time with 100% accuracy. This role requires teamwork, a sense of urgency, and a high level of detail, operating within a same-day shipping model that demands peak performance at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred
• Proven work experience in a warehouse setting
• Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift
• Good working knowledge of computer usage for order fulfillment
• Solid communication skills and inventory skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately
• Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed
• Inspect products for damages; report as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
• Receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products
• Prepare products for shipping
• Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
• Perform various warehouse activities
• Receive, input, sort, load, and unload products
• Organize stock
• Additional Duties and Responsibilities assigned as needed
