About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Associate assists with the preparation and fulfillment of E-Commerce programs. Each Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for assisting with fulfillment and shipping of orders and packages according to their respective program deadlines.

The ideal candidate enjoys multi-tasking, staying organized, task ownership, has a positive attitude, flexible, and confident.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity of shipping software, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably within a call-center setting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as cooperatively as a team.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have flexible availability to meet the business and program’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Gauge daily workloads, prioritize shipments, and prioritize programs.
• Keep organized while multitasking to complete a variety shipments and orders.
• Develop and maintain a virtual rapport with coworkers.
• Possess exceptional data entry/excel experience/ability. Ability to capture accurate information while simultaneously fostering a first-class customer-experience.
• Follow the program timeline and checklist to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the program’s satisfaction.
• Have experience with Microsoft Office products, high level experience with Excel, ability to toggle between multiple online applications.
• Perform other duties as requested.
