About The Position

We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate for a 6+ month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion. This role is based in Kent, WA, and offers a pay rate range of $21 - $26 per hour.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including receiving and inventory functions.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• World-class quality, attention to detail, and dedication.
• Analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to derive inventory requirements from drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and unload deliveries from carriers.
• Visually inspect incoming shipments for acceptability based on standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality control checks by reviewing part number requirements and processing according to standard operating procedures.
• Use tools and equipment to systematically upload and store receipts, following standard operating procedures to close out receipts or work orders.
• Enter data into an inventory management tool, inputting information directly from physical part deliveries.
• Identify and apply appropriate packaging for parts, ensuring proper wrapping and storage at any stage of the Fulfillment/Manufacturing workflow.
• Sort and stage packages and storage containers, ensuring they are identified and secured to prevent loss.
• Label and mark all parts with identifiers according to standard operating procedures for workflow analysis.
• Assign storage locations and audit parts, using good judgment and standard operating procedures for proper storage of individual or bulk parts.
