About The Position

To oversee the sale and delivery of products to the customer. Essential duties and responsibilities include receiving and confirming purchase orders from customers, entering purchase orders into the system, preparing and printing routing sheets and blueprints, arranging delivery of routing sheets to the shop scheduler, establishing and maintaining contact with customers to ensure a good working relationship, and coordinating on-time delivery of orders by working with production and shipping.

Requirements

Minimum High school diploma or general education degree required.
Six-month minimum experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to communicate efficiently in both written and oral form.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but involved written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, squat and reach, grasp, push and pull using arms and legs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference preferred.
