About The Position

This position is responsible for editing and processing Cabinet Production orders by reviewing details and information from dealers. The position researches and requests additional information about missing or unclear items from internal and / or external sources as needed to complete orders accurately. The position enters and edits data in an order entry system.

Responsibilities

Edit and process Cabinet Production orders by reviewing details and information from dealers.
Research and request additional information about missing or unclear items from internal and / or external sources as needed to complete orders accurately.
Enter and edit data in an order entry system.
Be knowledgeable about WoodHarbor's products and services.
Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy utilizing checklists, provided floor plans and additional tools.
Interpret Auto-Cad drawings and floor plan renderings to assure order completeness and accuracy.
Contact dealers with questions and clarifications.
Print, review and correct errors on order acknowledgements.
File completed acknowledgement into work folders.
Enter order information into an order entry system.
Assist Dealer Service Representatives and Quoters as needed.
