This position will play a key role in managing customer orders from intake through production and shipment, including interpreting specifications and researching drawings to ensure accuracy. The Order Specialist will manage orders from purchase order receipt through final shipping documentation, partner with contractors, distributors, and internal teams to resolve questions and ensure accurate, on-time execution, and collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, Manufacturing) to meet customer expectations and lead times. The role also involves building product knowledge through ongoing training to support complex order requirements, contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct, and supporting additional projects and priorities as business needs evolve.
