This is a Monday-Friday shift, with 1x month Sunday rotation. Requirements
- This role requires someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Tech savvy
- Must be dependable, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
- Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to our office.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift/move up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Support Team members with shipping, equipment preparation, customer support, administrative tasks, and interdepartmental projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Serve as backup support for sales specialist when needed.
