About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking an Order Clerk. This position is ONSITE Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm + overtime at our Wilsonville OR Eaton facility. The expected annual salary range for this role is $47000 - $69000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Experince in a manufacturing, operations, distribution, or purchasing environment
  • Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Wilsonville OR will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or higher Degree from an accredited institution
  • Knowledge of Kanban
  • Prior experience with Oracle, AS400, Vista, and lnfor
  • Knowledge of Quality processes (RMR, CQM, Control Plans, PFMEA, MSA, audits, inspections, calibrations, etc.)
  • A good understanding of the manufacturing processes
  • Problem solving skills, including root-cause analysis, A3 Systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Running morning activities; Power-Bl reports that provides data for OTP, Production and Warehouse
  • Responsible for entering orders in AS400, Vista and MAPICs for the product lines.
  • Shares responsibility for the accuracy of all inventories at the site
  • Responsible for data analysis driving adjustments to the warehousing process and replenish types with Supply Chain (SC) Buyers
  • Responsible for the Cycle Count Program and its reporting
  • Interfaces actively with the SC Buyers and Material Handlers to improve and maintain the accurate warehousing of materials and associated ERP systems
  • Owns the disposition on E&O (Excess & Obsolete) Inventory and PPAPs through interface with SC Buyers
  • Work with SC team for Kanban analysis, maintenance, orders and running Kanban check process.
  • MRO (Maintenance, repair and operations) inventory Liaison
  • Shares responsibility of supply chain SOPs (standard operating procedure), this includes creating and maintaining up to date documents and locations.
