About The Position

Verifies the accuracy of products shipped from Publix facilities by Selectors. The responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. This position is for a current Boynton Beach Distribution associate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time.
• Must obtain certification in pallet truck and forklift operations on or before the start date in the position.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 67 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist.
• Must be able to operate a pallet truck or forklift without any part of the body exposed outside the operator compartment.
• Must successfully complete the Basic Office Skills and Matching - Alphanumeric tests before the start date in the position.
• Must pass a Physical Agility Test before the start date in the position.
• Must be able to read, write, and solve math problems.
• Must be able to interpret, understand, follow, and communicate instructions.
• Must be able to work well with others and be a team member.
• Must show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work, and demonstrate commitment to Publix’s mission.
• Must be a current Boynton Beach Distribution associate.
