About The Position

The role of Order Analyst works to set up jobs according to the builder’s selections and order materials based on the PO. The Order Analyst will coordinate jobs according to builder’s selections, manage order entry of the materials for the job based on the PO, manage order entry of the quantity based on measurement or customer PO, verify the correct pricing on the PO, and review the PO for accuracy in regard to materials, quantity and pricing.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Ability to sit at computer monitor for extended periods throughout the day.
• Must possess the ability to stand for extended periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between offices; to handle mail and documents; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 10 pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files.

• Verify the correct pricing on the PO.
• Review the PO for accuracy in regard to materials, quantity and pricing.
