About The Position

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is a leading supply chain partner to homebuilders across the United States, providing design, procurement, and installation services for flooring, cabinets, and countertops. Formed in 2016, ADG has grown rapidly through acquisitions and a dedication to high-quality work, becoming the premier interior finishings organization in the US. The Field Manager will work directly with Building Superintendents and Independent Installers to ensure successful installations, manage inventory, maintain a clean and safe work environment, identify and solve operational problems, and build strong relationships with customers and contractors.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient with iPad and iPhone

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cabinet products
  • Residential new construction experience with national home builders

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-inspections of all job sites and identify any product deficiencies.
  • Notify builders of any issues found during pre-inspection.
  • Complete Field Measure sheets with all necessary material quantities for complete installation.
  • Provide technical support to installers based on manufacturer specifications and builder instructions.
  • Communicate manufacturer specifications for selected materials to builders.
  • Inspect job sites during installation to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Diagnose installation problems and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Supervise daily installations on site.
  • Perform inspections of finished installations to assess quality and cleanliness.
  • Ensure proper storage of excess materials.
  • Oversee the swift and complete repair of punch list items from Final Inspection and builder QA.
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Strive to exceed expectations of leadership and customers.
  • Keep leadership and subordinates informed.
  • Assign and schedule independent contractors.
  • Track the quality and dependability of independent contractors and decide on continued use.
  • Update and maintain Lotaware (Lot tracking software).
  • Track, maintain, and submit a monthly mileage log.
