This position involves close collaboration with production managers, operators, and cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, organization, and quality standards throughout the production process. Key to success in this role is ensuring materials are prepared and staged on time, production schedules are supported without disruption, safety procedures are followed, and projects remain on track to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Demonstrates a calm and collected approach to problem-solving
• High School Diploma/GED
• Reliable and effective multitasker with a positive attitude and professional communication skills
• Capable of performing at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Maintains impeccable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the construction industry and production home building environment

Responsibilities

• File contract invoices and occupied work order service forms
• Maintain office archived files
• Compile work orders and invoices to send to contractors
• Check for schedule changes and ensure they are adjusted
• Administrative support to office staff
