About The Position

ClearChoice is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to work part-time as a 1099 independent contractor, 1-2 days per week, to place dental implants for patients seeking "All-on-X" solutions. Surgeries are typically performed from 7 am to 11 am. This role offers the opportunity to transform patient lives and gain invaluable training and experience by performing three or more arches each day in a high-volume practice. The position involves no overhead and no non-competes. ClearChoice provides all necessary surgical equipment and an experienced surgical team. You will collaborate with an expert Prosthodontist who handles consultations, treatment plans, and restorative work, while the management team handles all business aspects. The working environment is described as amazing, low-stress, and free from referral management. Each ClearChoice Center is independently owned and operated by licensed dental experts, offering comprehensive dental implant treatment in advanced facilities. Centers are equipped with modern technology, including CBCT scanners, IOS scanners, and on-site labs to ensure a high standard of care.

Requirements

Experience with the AO4 procedure.
Graduate of a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DMD or DDS).
Post-graduate U.S. surgical program with a certificate to practice oral surgery.
Successfully passing a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

Perform dental implant surgery, including tooth extraction and alveolectomy as needed.
Provide safe and effective anesthesia services.
Collaborate with a Prosthodontist to plan cases for optimal results.
Conduct work in compliance with office policies, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
