About The Position
The Skilled Nursing Facility Physician provides care in skilled nursing facilities in Jacksonville. The role is available part-time or full-time and may be W-2 or 1099. Full-time schedules are Monday through Friday, with an average daily census of 22–25 patients and visits to one or two buildings per day. Day call coverage is from 8 AM to 6 PM. Physicians may be eligible for medical directorship at the facilities. The position is with a well-established and growing physician group. ACN is not accepted in this region.
Requirements
- Active Florida medical license.
- Board eligible or board certified.
- Personable, compassionate, and strong bedside manner.
Responsibilities
- See an average daily census of 22–25 patients.
- Visit one or two buildings per day.
- Provide day call coverage from 8 AM to 6 PM.
