About The Position

The Oracle SCM Functional Specialist provides end-to-end solutions that address client business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Order Management, Oracle Pricing, and Procurement modules. The role leads requirements workshops, documents future-state processes and fit-to-standard decisions, and designs and configures Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM solutions. It also supports solution validation, integrations and conversions, cutover, go-live hypercare, and ongoing functional support. The specialist acts as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, presenting solution options, trade-offs, and best-practice recommendations. Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience with design, testing, data conversion and migration, super-user training, quarterly patch updates, and product support in Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM, including Order Management, Pricing, and Procurement.
Proven delivery experience covering the specified modules in Oracle Fusion and EBS.
Led at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations from project initiation through go-live.
End-to-end process expertise in medical devices, life sciences, and healthcare industries.
Ability to lead projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies and manage client relationships.
Strong functional troubleshooting skills and ability to translate issues into actionable configuration or technical fixes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Oracle Service Logistics, Depot Repair, WMS, Installed Base, or Maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in SCM, PLM, and/or Service Logistics.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements workshops and document future-state processes, gaps, and fit-to-standard decisions.
Design and configure Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across Order Management, Procurement, and Pricing modules.
Drive end-to-end solution validation, including functional test strategy, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, and coordination of resolutions.
Own functional design artifacts, including process flows, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training content, and support knowledge transfer.
Partner with technical teams on integrations and conversions using FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces; define data mappings and reconciliation approaches.
Support cutover planning and go-live hypercare, manage priority incidents, and provide clear status updates to business stakeholders.
Advise customer stakeholders by presenting solution options, trade-offs, and best-practice recommendations.
