About The Position

Wipro is seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant based in California, with the ability to work onsite at the customer location three days per week. The role requires deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion supply chain modules and hands-on experience with Oracle OTM and GTM. The consultant will work in a heavily integrated Oracle Fusion environment that includes custom or internally built applications and third-party systems, validating end-to-end business and integration flows. The position includes monitoring Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and patch testing, assessing how updates affect business processes and integrations, analyzing release notes, and developing risk-based regression test strategies. The consultant will validate integrations, interfaces, reports, workflows, and customizations after updates. The role also serves as an onsite liaison in an onsite–offshore delivery model, communicating complex supply chain processes to business and technical audiences and constructively challenging stakeholders.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM; the posting also lists 8–10 years of experience.
Strong functional depth across most of the following: Order Management, Inventory, Global Order Promising (GOP), Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Information Management (PIM), and Planning.
Hands-on functional experience with Oracle OTM and GTM.
Experience with heavily integrated Oracle Fusion landscapes and end-to-end flows across custom or in-house applications, third-party systems, and Fusion.
Experience defining and reviewing functional validation scenarios for Oracle Fusion and non-Oracle applications.
Ability to ramp up quickly on proprietary, internally built applications with limited external documentation and reason about integration behavior through data flows and business processes.
Track record as an onsite liaison in an onsite–offshore delivery model.
Excellent communication skills for business and technical audiences.
Must be based in California, US, and able to work onsite three days per week at the customer location.
Oracle Cloud Testing experience (listed as a mandatory skill).

Responsibilities

Monitor Oracle Fusion quarterly release testing and patch validation activities to assess impacts on business processes and integrations.
Analyze Oracle release notes, identify affected business areas, and develop risk-based regression testing strategies.
Validate Oracle Fusion integrations, interfaces, reports, workflows, and customizations following patches and quarterly updates.
Define and review functional validation scenarios for Oracle Fusion and non-Oracle applications.
Validate end-to-end flows spanning Oracle Fusion, custom or internally built applications, and third-party systems.
Operate as an onsite liaison in an onsite–offshore delivery model.
Explain complex supply chain processes to business and technical audiences and challenge stakeholders constructively.
