About The Position

The Oracle Fusion Service Functional Consultant will work with business teams to discover and design service request and work-order processes, then design and configure Oracle Fusion Service to support them. The role also covers setting up the Digital Customer Service self-service portal, preparing functional designs, test scripts and training materials, and leading SIT and UAT for the assigned area. The consultant will support go-live and hypercare and must be able to travel to Dubai regularly.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Service or Service Cloud.
• Experience with at least 2 full implementations.
• Hands-on setup experience with service requests, work orders, queues and SLAs.
• Functional design and workshop experience with business users.
• Ability to travel to Dubai regularly.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and design workshops with business teams for service request and work-order processes.

• Set up the Digital Customer Service customer self-service portal.
• Prepare functional designs, test scripts and training materials.
