About The Position

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Lead to implement and support Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain modules for a global technology services firm. The role focuses on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, production support, and business process optimization across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles. This is a six-month contract engagement with potential for extension. The position is on-site in Durham, North Carolina, in the Research Triangle Park area.

Requirements

8–10 years of strong experience with Oracle EBS SCM and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
Hands-on functional experience with Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM, and WIP.
Good understanding of P2P and O2C business processes.
Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, functional design, testing, and production support.
Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Durham, NC (Research Triangle Park area).

Nice To Haves

Prior experience leading SCM functional workstreams or acting as a functional lead on Oracle EBS implementations or support.
Background optimizing supply chain processes in a complex enterprise environment.
Experience coordinating customizations, interfaces, and conversions with technical teams.
Exposure to both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

Responsibilities

Support Oracle EBS SCM applications across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
Configure and maintain Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM, and WIP modules.
Analyze business requirements and provide scalable functional solutions.
Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios.
Coordinate with technical teams on customizations, reports, interfaces, and conversions.
Perform SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
Provide production support and resolve application issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve supply chain processes.
