Oracle HCM Technical Functional Consultant
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), Journeys, and Guided Journeys. This role requires in-depth knowledge of OGL tools, including content creation and contextual help integration. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of designing and deploying complex, multi-step Oracle Journeys. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as are exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Strong emphasis on Oracle Guided Learning, Journeys, and Guided Journeys
- In-depth knowledge of OGL tools, including content creation and contextual help integration
- Proven success in designing and deploying complex, multi-step Oracle Journeys
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities
