About The Position

Wipro Limited is seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Treasury to bridge the gap between client finance teams and IT. This role involves leading requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and training to deliver streamlined, compliant asset lifecycles and optimized cash positions. The consultant will work on production support, process improvements using AI and RPA, reconciliation of control accounts, and managing asset lifecycles. They will also be responsible for treasury integrations, configuring Fixed Assets including conversion of capital project costs and integration with PPM, and setting up FA Tax books with various depreciation methods. The role requires configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials to align with business rules and statutory requirements, managing asset lifecycles, defining depreciation rules, establishing tax books, handling SLA mapping, setting up bank integrations, automating bank statement reconciliation, configuring cash positioning/forecasting, and supporting liquidity operations. Additionally, the consultant will lead discovery workshops, map legacy processes, write Functional Design Documents (FDDs), lead UAT and SIT, and provide post-go-live support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
5+ years of relevant Oracle ERP experience, specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (FA+Treasury+CM).
Proven track record of 2-4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to articulate complex accounting implications of system setups.
Oracle Fusion Finance TechnoFunctional.
8-10 Years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Advanced certifications like MBA (Finance) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide production support, resolve issues during period close.
Help clients to identify and improve existing processes using AI agents and RPA etc.
Reconciliation of various control accounts and provide improvement to asset life cycle.
Expert knowledge on how to account asset internal transfers spanning from various legacy system to Oracle cloud system.
Treasury Integrations - Design and map integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party banking platforms, SWIFT networks, and payment gateways.
Fixed Assets: Experience in configures and manages the conversion of capital project costs into fixed assets. Manage integration between Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Fixed Assets by setting up CIP tracking, auto-generating assets from procurement, calculating capitalized interest, and automating asset transfers.
FA Tax book: Define, configure and map asset categories in the FA Tax book. Experience in handling issues relating the different depreciation methods used in tax book and corporate books. Set up depreciation rules etc.
Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Treasury) to align with complex business rules and statutory accounting requirements.
Manage asset lifecycles (additions, retirements, transfers), define depreciation rules, establish tax books, and handle Subledger Accounting (SLA) mapping.
Set up bank integrations, automate bank statement reconciliation, configure cash positioning/forecasting, and support liquidity and cash pooling operations.
Lead discovery workshops, map legacy processes to Oracle best practices, and write Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and provide post-go-live support to troubleshoot configuration issues.
