This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to target and engage prospective clients, fostering strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Client Executive Director plays a crucial role in driving the company's expansion and ensuring client satisfaction. Argano is currently seeking an experienced, organized, self-motivated and energetic individual with a strong track record of success to manage HCM sales opportunities in the U.S. and Canada areas. This person must possess a strong drive to succeed, be proactive in client service, enjoy following up on leads for new and existing business, have good knowledge of financial reporting and present a professional demeanor which will reflect positively on Argano and our company image. This Specialty Client Executive will report to the VP - Client Accounts and will be responsible for developing new business. This person will be the primary point of contact for clients interested in learning more about Argano services and solutions.
