About The Position

Accenture's Oracle practice is seeking professionals to design, build, and support Oracle Cloud HCM applications. This role involves working with clients to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements, configuring and optimizing business processes within HCM Applications, and providing expertise and guidance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, creating design documents, facilitating design workshops, and leading teams through the design, setup, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud. The role also includes guiding testing cycles, performing cutover activities, and planning/organizing tasks while reporting progress. This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with a preferred location in Mississauga. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of current Oracle Cloud HCM experience in a functional advisory or consulting role
  • Minimum of 5 years of Oracle experience in at least 2 of the following modules: Benefits, Payroll, or Core HR
  • Minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
  • Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize business processes within HCM Applications, including conversions, integrations, fast formulas, updating tables, etc.
  • Provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
  • Create functional and technical design documents.
  • Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out talent management offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
  • Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment.
  • Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.
  • Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.

Benefits

  • Annual Salary Range: British Columbia/Ontario $82,600 to $132,600
