About The Position
We're seeking a Solution Architect to lead a large-scale PeopleSoft Oracle Fusion transformation. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who can design future-ready enterprise solutions and drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP transformations
- Strong PeopleSoft Oracle Fusion migration experience
- Expertise in ERP (Financials/Supply Chain) + HCM (HCM-only profiles not suitable)
- Integration experience with MuleSoft, PL/SQL (OIC is a plus, not primary)
- Strong data architecture & governance experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in consulting environments
- Experience leading workshops
- Experience building scalable enterprise architectures
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design for Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP (Financials & Supply Chain)
- Drive end-to-end transformation from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion
- Define future-state architecture and enterprise data strategy
- Establish data governance, lineage, and integration frameworks
- Architect testing, release, and change management strategies
- Facilitate workshops, present solutions, and influence stakeholders
