Full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience is required, meaning candidates should have been involved from initial design through go-live. Within HCM, hands-on configuration experience across Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Compensation is necessary. The role involves designing end-to-end Hire to Retire processes, not just individual module configuration. Experience delivering functional specifications for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Fast Formulas) is essential. Direct experience supporting CRP, SIT, and UAT with business users is also required. A key requirement is the ability to design solutions around Oracle's functionality gaps, not just document or escalate them.
