About The Position

The Oracle HCM Lead will administer and configure Oracle Fusion HCM across Core HR, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and related modules. This role involves providing day-to-day functional support to HR users, managing and triaging incoming requests, monitoring Oracle quarterly release notes, and maintaining system configuration documentation. The lead will also administer HCM security, support Oracle quarterly updates, execute and coordinate testing, and coordinate with IT, AMS partners, and vendors for integrations and reporting. Additionally, the role supports operational governance and identifies incremental improvements.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Oracle Fusion HCM across Core HR, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and related modules, including setups, lookups, and workflow maintenance.
  • Provide day-to-day functional support to HR users by troubleshooting issues, answering “how-to” questions, and resolving defects through configuration changes and vendor tickets as needed.
  • Manage and triage incoming requests (enhancements, break/fix, and optimization) using agreed prioritization, documentation, and change control processes.
  • Monitor Oracle quarterly release notes and coordinate impact reviews focused on operational readiness (configuration changes, testing, communications, and training updates).
  • Maintain system configuration documentation, standard operating procedures, and support runbooks to ensure consistent administration and knowledge transfer.
  • Administer HCM security, roles, and access provisioning in line with segregation of duties and audit requirements, partnering with IT security where applicable.
  • Support Oracle quarterly updates by coordinating configuration decisions, scheduling activities, updating regression test packs, and ensuring change communications are delivered.
  • Execute and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing, including test scripts, defect tracking, retesting, and readiness sign-off.
  • Coordinate with IT, AMS partners, and vendors to support integrations, reporting, and technical troubleshooting; log, track, and drive resolution of service requests.
  • Support operational governance (backlog tracking, change approvals, and stakeholder updates) and identify incremental improvements that enhance usability, data quality, and compliance.
