Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and an additional module such as Absence, Benefits, Talent, or Payroll
  • Knowledge of HR operations and data structures, including worker records, assignments, roles, and security
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science
  • Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Talent Management, Compe nsa tion, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, or Recruiting
  • Experience with HCM integrations, including HDL / FBL, HCM Extracts, REST or SOAP APIs, and integration platforms such as OIC, Dell Boomi, or Mule Sof t
  • Knowledge of security architecture, including roles, privileges, data security, and audit considerations within Oracle HCM
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification s such as Core HR, Talent, Absence, Benefits, Compe nsa tion, Payroll, or OTL Certification

Responsibilities

  • Configuring HCM business processes, workflows, approvals, and functional setups
  • Providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 HCM production support, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical teams such as Integration, DBA, or Security
  • Supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, issue resolution, and release management
  • Troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical teams such as Integration, DBA, or Security
