About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS SME with a strong background in finance systems, consolidation, and finance transformation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle FCCS and a thorough understanding of the financial close process, including consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and reporting. Experience in banking or other highly regulated financial environments is crucial. This role requires the ability to translate complex finance business requirements into effective system solutions and provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production support. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance systems, consolidation, or finance transformation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle FCCS.
- Deep understanding of financial close, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and reporting.
- Experience working in banking or highly regulated financial environments.
- Ability to translate finance business requirements into system solutions.
- Experience supporting UAT, issue resolution, and production support.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
