Requirements

At least 5 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules
Configure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery
Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Nice To Haves

SQL query experience
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports.
