Within the international SAP Consulting Practice, we are looking for reinforcement. As an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will focus specifically on the Belgian market. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for advanced implementation projects, designing functional specifications, and delivering high-quality Application Management Services (AMS) to leading organizations. It is a dynamic role where in-depth support and challenging migrations to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) alternate.

Requirements

  • A solid and demonstrable track record in configuring, maintaining, and supporting SAP Payroll environments (SAP HCM or ECP).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Belgian social and fiscal laws and regulations, including in-depth experience with PCRs and schemas.
  • The drive (or experience) to take on the role of Subject Matter Expert in SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluent, convincing communication with stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Willingness to work during Belgian office hours.
  • Possession of a valid work permit for the European country of residence (sponsorship is excluded).

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex system configurations for Belgian payroll, effortlessly performing analyses on schemas, PCRs, and wage components.
  • Tackle intricate technical and functional issues related to Belgian social security calculations, tax legislation, overtime, and local allowances.
  • Lead migration projects to SuccessFactors ECP, conduct interactive workshops, map end-to-end configurations, and structure data migration processes (cleansing and mapping).
  • Independently handle support tickets from initial analysis to go-live, and proactively update the AMS Cluster Lead on progress.
  • Advise technical teams on integration issues and perform rigorous system and regression testing for seamless delivery.
