About The Position

As an Oracle HCM Director, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle human capital management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will translate vision into action, inspiring others to follow and driving business growth. Your role is crucial in shaping client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of experience

Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher to develop innovative solutions
Managing project budgeting and workforce planning to align with client strategic objectives
Promoting organizational development and change management strategies to improve employee engagement and relations
Building relationships with business leaders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and innovation
Confirming data integrity and compliance within human capital management frameworks
Cultivating potential in teams through mentorship and leadership, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together
