Requirements

  • Motivated Oracle HCM professional with experience in Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning.
  • Passionate about helping organizations improve how they attract, develop, and retain talent.
  • Strong functional understanding of talent processes and HR best practices.
  • Experience working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or enhancements.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with exposure to Talent Management modules.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or system enhancements.
  • Understanding of HR talent processes (performance management, succession, learning, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of client engagements and contribute to successful HCM implementations.
  • Support the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HCM Talent Management modules (Performance, Goals, Succession, Learning).
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system designs.
  • Assist with workshops, solution demonstrations, and client discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, etc.) to ensure integrated solutions.
  • Support testing activities (SIT, UAT), including test script creation and execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support senior team members in project delivery and client communications.
