In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives. Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes. Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables. Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency. Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities. Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective. Requirements

  • Experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, Service Logistics Cloud, and related technologies
  • Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition.
  • Knowledge and experience implementing Service Request Management, RMA / Depot Repair, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, and Oracle Maintenance Cloud
  • Understanding of business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages, Depot Repair
  • Skilled with Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder, Data Migration, Reporting and Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Webservices based integration
  • Experience in PoC ideation, creation, and presenting demonstrations to clients.
  • Experience across project lifecycle phases, including requirements gathering and solution design
  • Hands-on involvement in configuration, development, and deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, project managers)
  • Ability to deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Experience guiding teams on project processes and deliverables
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, Oracle Maintenance Cloud is desirable
  • Experience with at least 2 green field implementations and have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology.
