About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities ⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements ⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance ⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications ⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards ⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus ⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation ⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

Relevant experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday functional configuration across key HR Modules (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence etc.) across implementation / support / development projects
Experience in BP configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), troubleshooting data issues / corrections, Workday reporting and analytics and security configs and changes.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities

Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance

Work closely with business to gather, understand, and analyze requirements.
Demonstrate configurations using prototyping.
Unit testing the processes.
Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions.
Manage and run Workday major releases, update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment
Ability to identify improvement opportunities for business and implement
Propose functionality changes based on business requirements.
