Requirements

  • Experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, and related technologies
  • Experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud
  • Experience in architecture/ design / detailing of processes and problem definition.
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing Service Request Management, RMA / Depot Repair, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Omnichannel features with Fusion Service.
  • Understanding of business processes related to customer service, service entitlements/coverages, RMA and Depot Repair
  • Skilled with Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder, Data Migration, reporting and analytics.
  • Knowledge of Webservices based integration
  • Experience in PoC ideation, creation, and presenting demonstrations to clients.
  • Understanding of Oracle Service Logistics Cloud
  • Familiarity with Oracle Order Management Cloud
  • Knowledge of Oracle Inventory Cloud and Oracle Maintenance Cloud
  • Experience across full project lifecycle (requirements gathering, solution design, implementation)
  • Hands-on involvement in configuration, development, and deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, project managers)
  • Ability to deliver high-quality, scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Business Intelligence - Reporting/BI Publisher
  • Knowledge of Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, Oracle Maintenance Cloud is desirable.
  • Experience of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
  • Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
  • Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
  • Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
  • An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
  • Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
