About The Position

The client is seeking two Financial Systems Analysts to support different areas of its Oracle Finance ecosystem within the Oracle Solution Maintenance team. Both roles provide ongoing Oracle Cloud support in a post-go-live environment. One analyst will primarily support Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Expenses, and Cash Management. This analyst will work closely with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to support business processes, troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing, and drive system enhancements. The other analyst will primarily support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting, and Predictive Cash Forecasting. This analyst will partner with Finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting activities. These are contract-to-hire positions. The client cannot provide sponsorship and is unable to work with C2C candidates. The role is fully remote and based out of Golden Valley, Minnesota. The hourly pay range is $50.00–$65.00, with individual compensation depending on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Requirements

3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud, ERP, EPM, or enterprise financial systems; the posting also lists this as “35 years,” likely a typographical error.
Experience supporting production applications in a post-go-live environment.
Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and financial close processes.
Experience coordinating UAT, regression testing, quarterly release validation, and production support activities.
Ability to investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and partner with Oracle Support or vendors to resolve incidents.
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and technical teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and customer-service skills; self-starter.
