About The Position

Wipro Limited is hiring an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional professional focused on Fixed Assets. The role supports Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Treasury, and configures solutions to meet complex business rules and statutory accounting requirements. Responsibilities span asset lifecycle management, integrations, reconciliation, functional design, testing, and post-go-live production support. The position also involves helping clients improve existing processes using AI agents and RPA, and translating accounting requirements into system setups.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
At least 5 years of relevant Oracle ERP experience, specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials covering Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Cash Management.
Proven track record of 2–4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
8–10 years of experience, as stated in the posting.
Oracle Finance GL Consolidation experience.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to articulate complex accounting implications of system setups.

Nice To Haves

Advanced certifications such as an MBA in Finance are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide production support and resolve issues during period close.
Help clients identify and improve existing processes using AI agents and RPA.
Reconcile control accounts and recommend improvements to the asset lifecycle.
Support accounting for asset internal transfers from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
Design and map integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party banking platforms, SWIFT networks, and payment gateways.
Configure and manage conversion of capital project costs into fixed assets.
Manage PPM and Fixed Assets integration, including CIP tracking, auto-generating assets from procurement, capitalized interest calculations, and automated asset transfers.
Define, configure, and map asset categories in the FA Tax book; address differences between tax and corporate depreciation methods and set up depreciation rules.
Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Treasury, to align with business rules and statutory accounting requirements.
Manage asset additions, retirements, and transfers; define depreciation rules; establish tax books; and handle Subledger Accounting mapping.
Set up bank integrations, automate bank statement reconciliation, configure cash positioning and forecasting, and support liquidity and cash pooling operations.
Lead discovery workshops, map legacy processes to Oracle best practices, and prepare Functional Design Documents.
Lead User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing.
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot configuration issues.
