About The Position

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Field Service professional to implement and support Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions and contribute to field service operations and Agile delivery. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional business, technology, integration, testing, training, client, and offshore teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience working with field service operations, dispatch management, scheduling optimization, or related areas.
• At least 3 years of experience in requirement analysis, business process reviews, application management, workforce management, systems integration, field service management, or related consulting delivery.
• Strong on-the-job experience with Oracle Field Services.
• At least 5 years of Agile experience managing large backlogs for Scrum teams and enabling prioritized work execution.
• Experience working in Scrum or Agile delivery environments, including user stories, sprint ceremonies, backlog management, demos, or defect resolution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (6 years); alternatively, an associate's degree with 3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities
