About The Position

The Oracle EBS Supply Chain Functional SME will apply expertise in Oracle EBS and Supply Chain applications to support implementation and related project activities. The role involves understanding process manufacturing and supply chain processes, translating business requirements and architecture designs into system designs, and contributing across implementation phases from business process study and requirements gathering through build and go-live. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS and Supply Chain applications, including OM, Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, and Mobile SCM.
• Understanding of other modules, including ASCP, PIM, OPM, OPM Costing, OPM Quality, and WMS.
• Thorough understanding of process manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Experience with business process design, workshops, gap identification, RICEW identification, functional design, system configuration, test planning, and test execution.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and 11i implementations, rollouts, and post-implementation support using AIM methodologies.
• Experience across Oracle EBS implementation phases, including business process study, requirements gathering, As-Is and To-Be mapping, solution design, CRPs, UATs, SITs, build, and go-live.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Good listening skills and the ability to make timely, well-informed decisions.
• Ability to translate business requirements and architecture designs into system designs.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of other Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules, including Finance and PIM/PLM.
• Biotech or Life Sciences experience and understanding of GxP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process design workshops and identify gaps and RICEW requirements.
• Develop functional designs and perform system configurations.
• Plan and execute testing, including CRPs, UATs, and SITs.
• Support Oracle EBS R12 and 11i implementations, rollouts, and post-implementation support using AIM methodologies.
• Participate in business process study, requirements gathering, As-Is and To-Be mapping, solution design, build, and go-live activities.
• Translate business requirements and architecture designs into system designs.
• Present to senior IT and business colleagues and make timely, well-informed decisions.
