About The Position

C-Serv is building a specialist delivery team to support a large engineering and manufacturing operation. The Oracle EBS Manufacturing Functional Analyst will join C-Serv as a permanent employee or on a contract basis and partner directly with the client's engineering teams on a day-to-day basis. This hands-on operational role supports production workflows, data integrity, and quality checks, with an emphasis on practical Oracle solutions for shop-floor needs.

Requirements

• Deep functional experience with Oracle WIP in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Oracle Quality Collection Plans.
• Intermediate SQL skills, including comfort with multi-table joins, subqueries, and aggregates.
• A consultative, confident communication style with engineering stakeholders.
• A background combining operations and Oracle experience; manufacturing engineers or operations specialists who became Oracle ERP power users, and functional analysts with significant plant-floor exposure, are described as a good fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Work in Process, including discrete jobs, routings, assembly operations, scrap, completions, and variance tracking.
• Design, set up, and troubleshoot Oracle Quality Collection Plans, including triggers, collection elements, and links to WIP inspection steps.
• Investigate stuck or failed transactions and validate data integrity using SQL.
• Build ad-hoc operational reports for engineers and managers.
• Bridge engineering teams and the system by translating production problems into practical Oracle fixes.
