About The Position

Kearney & Company is currently seeking an Oracle Consultant to join our Washington, DC metro area team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional knowledge of Oracle and Oracle Fusion configurations, with proven experience supporting enterprise-level ERP implementations. This role involves providing management, analytical support, and leadership in an organization requiring strategic planning, policy and industry program development, materiel management, supply chain management, life cycle, and resource management.

Requirements

  • BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum 5 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, accounting, audit, information systems, project management, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Direct, hands-on experience supporting Oracle and Oracle Fusion implementations, including system configuration, business process design, or technical data migration.
  • Thorough subject knowledge and formal training in a related and relevant field (supply chain management, information systems, project management, data analytics, logistics, etc.).
  • Must have an active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

Nice To Haves

  • An advanced degree or professional certification may be substituted for one year of experience.
  • Experience with Global Combat Support System (GCSS), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), or other legacy Department of Defense (DoD) logistical automated systems and databases to facilitate legacy-to-cloud mapping

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive analysis and provide process improvement recommendations on complex logistical and enterprise resource planning (ERP) issues.
  • Support the configuration, data mapping, and functional design workflows for Oracle and Oracle Fusion enterprise software implementations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge with and document operational procedures related to Supply Support Activities (SSA) and Authorized Stockage List (ASL) within modernized system frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain management standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies aligned with automated system workflows.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Supply Classes 1 – 9.
  • Develop methods, tools, and system analytics to evaluate program activities, configuration effectiveness, and ERP data health.
  • Monitor and identify potential problem area shortfalls, system bottlenecks, or interface discrepancies, and recommend technical corrective actions.
  • Maintain solid knowledge of logistics integration, including life cycle management, logistics applications, and cloud-based ERP execution.
