Requirements

  • At least 5 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules
  • Configure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL query experience
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
  • Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
  • Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports

  • Annual Salary Range: British Columbia/Ontario/New Brunswick $69,450 to $119,450
