About The Position

Join a high-impact digital transformation as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant supporting a major migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The consultant will work with industry leaders and cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and stabilize Oracle Fusion Financials modules. The role is based in Boca Raton, Florida, with a hybrid schedule of three onsite days per week, and is a 1099 position for an 18-month project, with a potential extension for post-go-live support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Financials experience.
• At least 3 full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation cycles.
• Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
• Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials implementations from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Hands-on experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Ability to articulate technical concepts and business processes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migrations.
• Previous collaboration with KPMG or other major implementation partners.
• Background in large enterprise ERP transformations.
• Post-go-live support and stabilization expertise.
• Contributions to solution design and business process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, supporting migration from Oracle EBS.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for financial processes.
• Optimize General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with business users, project teams, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide functional guidance during design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to support user adoption and system stabilization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion Financials best practices and drive process improvements.
