About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Time and Absence Functional Lead for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll integration.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Absence Management
• Strong hands-on experience with Integration of Time and Absence with Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Deep cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior K-12 education industry experience is highly preferred
• Experience working with public sector or educational institutions is a plus
