About The Position

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay (P2P) Consultant to lead and optimize end-to-end P2P processes within Oracle Cloud ERP environments. In this role, you will act as the functional process lead, assessing legacy procurement and accounts payable processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing Oracle Cloud-based solutions. Your work will focus on enhancing supplier onboarding, ordering, receiving, invoicing, and spend analysis. You will collaborate closely with procurement and AP teams to gather requirements, conduct fit/gap analyses, define future-state processes, and create functional design specification documents for RICE components. Additionally, you will work with technical and cross-functional teams to support data migration, systems integration, compliance, testing, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Supplier Management, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Receipt Accounting, and Accounts Payable is required. Familiarity with automation, workflow optimization, and data mapping will be beneficial for driving process efficiency and supporting transformation initiatives.

Develop process documentation, end-user training, and support materials for ongoing improvements.
Participate in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities.
Stay current on Oracle Cloud ERP best practices, new features, and quarterly updates relevant to P2P.
