About The Position

Pearle Vision in Massachusetts is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial Optometrist interested in employment and potential practice or franchise ownership. Candidates may join an established practice as an employed doctor, negotiate a transition to an independent Sublease Doctor position, explore ownership of both the professional practice and optical retail franchise, or discuss direct acquisition of the established franchise with a separately arranged professional-practice transition. The opportunity includes an existing patient base, an experienced team, and a structured transition possibility; it is not a startup.

The role offers the chance to focus on patient care while learning from experienced optical-business owners and a supportive team. Mentorship is available from leaders with decades of experience in patient care and optical businesses. Potential ownership and financial outcomes are not guaranteed, and any employment, sublease, practice transition, or franchise arrangements are subject to mutually agreed terms, applicable laws, required approvals, and franchise requirements.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Ambition and interest in exploring entrepreneurship, practice ownership, or franchise ownership for ownership-oriented paths.

• Experience as an Optometrist or practice owner for candidates interested in going directly to franchise ownership.

Responsibilities
