Requirements

Optometry license in North Carolina
Compassionate, patient-centered optometrist with strong clinical skills.
Natural ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members.
Comfortable practicing in a full-scope medical optometry environment.

Responsibilities

Provide refractive and medical patient care in a full-scope optometric setting.
Utilize advanced technology such as OCT, virtual visual fields, LipiFlow, IPL, corneal topography, and optical services to support accurate diagnoses, personalized treatment plans, and high-quality outcomes.
Care for 20 to 24 patients each day.
Manage a broad range of visual and medical eye care needs.
Collaborate with an experienced clinical and optical team to create a smooth, patient-centered experience from exam through follow-up care.
