Ideal Eye, a multi-location practice, is seeking a Texas-licensed Floater Optometrist to support growing practices across Central Texas, including North San Antonio, Lockhart, Buda, and Kyle. Requirements

Texas-licensed Optometrist
Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable supporting multiple practice locations
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and patient-centered approach to care
Empathy, sound clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, good dexterity
Commitment to continuous learning
Flexibility, professionalism, and consistency
Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
