About The Position
Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor of Optometry to provide accessible, patient-centered eye care. The role combines clinical care with innovative technology, including onsite exams and the organization’s hybrid platform. Optometrists are supported by a dedicated store team and centralized support center, allowing them to focus on patient care. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across the organization’s 26 state locations. The position offers compensation up to $200,000+, depending on location, with daily bonus potential. Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) license in the state where practicing.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams using innovative technology, both onsite and through the patented hybrid platform.
- Diagnose ocular conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients about preventative eye care, including annual eye exams, sun protection for eye health, proper contact lens care, and wearing glasses with a current prescription.
- Maintain required state licensure and malpractice insurance.
- Represent the organization’s values within the organization and in the community.
