About The Position
The part-time Optical Sales Associate (optician) professionally and diligently cares for patients and their eyewear needs. The role involves providing customer service that exceeds expectations, helping patients select eyewear, and supporting the optical office’s daily operations. No experience is required. The position is scheduled three days per week, including Fridays. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.–3 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients who come into the optical.
- Help patients choose frames and lenses.

- Bill insurance for eyewear claims.
- Adjust, repair, fit, and clean patients’ eyewear.
